Hello, and thanks for visiting! Every piece you find in my store is designed and created by me in my home workshop. I make things that I would like to wear and decorate my home with. Please read the terms and conditions below.
Payment
Payment is accepted via Paypal; Paypal also accepts credit cards. In some instances Paypal will hold your payment for a few days and your order will ship when payment is received.
Shipping
Your item will be placed in a carefully wrapped gift box and shipped in a bubble envelope. Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling, first class shipping and insurance (where available). Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping charges are $7 for packages shipped in the continental U.S. $10 to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. $13 to Canada. $15 for the rest of the world. Plus $3 per item.
The package will be shipped to the address listed in your Paypal account.
I ship to the United States, Canada, most anywhere in Europe, Japan; basically almost anywhere the USPS can deliver mail to. Please refer to USPS.com for more information. All customs charges, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Once the package is shipped House of Hsiao/Ping Hsiao or any individuals acting on behalf of, are not liable for loss, damage or delays caused by the post office or customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Please read the descriptions. Measurements, materials and several photos are typically included in each listing.
Additional Policies
All products and services (including but not limited to, the webshop, blog, jewelry, products, etc.) listed on this site are sold “As-Is”, with no warranty, guarantee, etc. implied nor given. I (nor anyone else) am/is not responsible for any damage, malfunctioning or any other errors and problems that may occur to you, your computer, computer hardware, software, etc., by using this site, services on this site or products listed on this site.
If you wish for a refund, I may or may not refund you. This is entirely at my sole discretion.
I may change the terms and conditions at any time, which is at my sole discretion.
